Rob Heffernan presents the medals at the Sciath na Scol finals in Cork

It's great to win a competition but to get your medal from an Olympian makes it a little more special.

Rob Heffernan was on hand to do the honours and present the medals to both teams in the Allianz Sciath na Scol finals in Cork.

It was Carrigaline's Scoil Mhuire Lourdes who went home with the trophy, beating Scoil Barra, Beaumont.
