Moffett in tune-up for Rallyof Lakes

These are busy times for Monaghan driver Sam Moffett.

Days after his outing in the Discover Northern Ireland Circuit of Ireland Rally, he heads the entry list in the Monaghan Rally on Sunday which will double as a test ahead of next week’s Cartell.ie Rally of the Lakes in Killarney.

Following his Circuit outing, where he retired from fourth place with fuel pressure problems, his CombiLift liveried Ford Fiesta has been converted from RRC (Regional Rally Car) specification to WRC trim and he is favourite to win his local event for the second year in a row.
