Killester’s mettle tested by spirited Neptune

Killester’s mettle tested by spirited Neptune

Killester’s Jermaine Turner and John Behan combined for 40 points in a victory that piloted the Dublin team to return to winning ways in the Conference. A single point separated the teams at half-time but Killester’s strong stance on the defensive end in the final quarter held Neptune to only ten points.

Neptune had the advantage by as much as nine points in the second half with Michael Bonaparte’s personal tally at 16, but Killester’s boosted their intensity on the defensive end to nudge past the home team.
