Feeling blue as Reds end our home record

IT HAS to be said — I have had better weeks.

Having obviously angered the football gods or their even more powerful cousins, the gods of fate, I was obviously never going to get away with last week’s statement that the Boro game was going to be the only match I missed all season.

So an accident which sees my right leg in plaster from ankle to thigh taught me a valuable lesson.
