Congratulations to special hurling team

A special word of thanks to the Cork senior hurling team, mentors and backroom staff. This has been a remarkable team.

After the blackest day in Cork hurling in July 2002 against Galway in the qualifiers it was an incredible achievement to reach the All-Ireland for the following four years.

No doubt this is a very special bunch. While, of course, we’d love to have completed the three-in-a-row, we can’t fault this team.
