Raikkonen sends warning signal to Ferrari

McLAREN’S Kimi Raikkonen sent Ferrari a signal of his intent for this weekend’s Hungarian Grand Prix when he topped the times in practice yesterday.

World champion Michael Schumacher had continued his relentless race towards a record 12th win of the season when he finished fastest in the opening day’s practice earlier in the morning.

But Schumacher was forced to take second-best as Raikkonen continued his team’s end-of-season resurgence since the introduction of their new MP4-19B.
