Ralf aims for US return

Ralf Schumacher is keen to return to the cockpit as soon as possible following his accident at the United States Grand Prix last month.

The Williams driver suffered two fractured vertebrae as a result of the high-speed smash but believes he could return as early as the Hungarian Grand Prix on August 15.

Schumacher spent the evening in hospital in the US but it only emerged later that the German had sustained two fractures to his spine. Doctors estimated he would take eight-12 weeks to recover from his injuries.
