Dolphin gala this weekend

The Dolphin Annual Open Swimming Gala takes place in Mayfield Sports Complex this weekend.

Over 300 winners representing 17 clubs from Munster, Leinster and Connacht will compete. Many will seek qualification for the forthcoming International Leisureland Meet.

Events catered for in this competition are 50m, 100m and 200m Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly, 100m and 200m individual medley and 4x50m relays in freestyle and medley.

The competition begins on Friday at 2.15pm and finishes at 7.45pm. Saturday’s start is at 9.15am with a finish time of 7.30pm and Sunday begins at 10.00am with the finish at 4.30pm.
