Beaton pulls off comeback in Dublin

Former world champion Steve Beaton last night produced one of the greatest comebacks in darts history to secure his place in the semi-finals of the Skybet World Grand Prix in Dublin.

The 40-year-old looked down and out after slipping two sets behind against Chris Mason, who went on to miss 11 attempts at doubles to go through.

But Beaton stormed back into the contest and eventually nailed double two to wrap up a 4-3 win.
