As proud Gaelic football men ponder Tiernan McCann’s collapse under modest tonsorial pressure and mourn the lost art of manliness, the prime contagion suspect in cases like this is, obviously, soccer.
More specifically, it is what must still be called “The Premiership”. Even the manliest of Gaels is willing to recognise the vigorous masculinity of the Endsleigh League.
