Davy Condon gave Bayan a powerful ride to land the Ladbroke Hurdle at Ascot last Saturday, but was then found guilty of breaking the guidelines on the whip.

Condon incurred a 15-day suspension and a fine of £3,150. Sam Twiston-Davies rode the second, Pine Creek, was deemed to have also broken the rules and received a four-day suspension.
