A few weeks ago, we wondered again why giving out about Gaelic football remains one of the country’s few sustainable growth areas.

Thankfully, Galway’s enterprise in Hyde Park allowed us some small respite from the handpass-wringing. But we also, midweek, cottoned onto the one glaring solution that could make all of this grousing go away.
