Sheepwalk sets the pace in Sprint Cup

ON what was an extremely busy Monday night in Irish greyhound racing, Michael Frayne’s Clearview Kelly set a strong pace when winning her first round heat in the Premier Fantasy Southern Oaks at Youghal.

Meanwhile, up at Dundalk the sprinting classic, the Bar One Racing Irish Sprint Cup, also commenced and northern speedster Sheepwalk Mac was the fastest qualifier.

Clearview Kelly, fresh from her third place in the Irish Oaks final at Shelbourne, created quite an impression as she won in 29.14 from Ballymac Linda.
