Tyson 11/4 for International

FATBOYZ Tyson, trained by Pat Gordon in Enniscorthy, is the 11-4 favourite with the sponsors for the Boylesports International to be run at Dundalk on Monday night next.

The first prices were announced following yesterday morning’s draw which was made by Boylesports Head of Publicity Leon Blanche. After Fatboyz Tyson, Tullymurry Act is next in the betting at 7-2 with Shaneboy Lee at 4-1 and Definate Opinion and Skywalker Queen grouped at 5-1. Tyrur Bucko is the 8-1 outsider of the field.

At Monday night’s trial session Fatboyz Tyson clocked 28.39 for the 525 yards while Definate Opinion covered the 550 in a flying 29.77. The defending champion Skywalker Queen made a mess of the start in her spin but recovered to clock 30.20 for the 550.
