Labelled the rematch, it’s fair to say New Zealand arrived in Chicago a bit more tuned into the dangers posed by this Irish team than their predecessors nine years ago.

At the beginning of this November series, Scott Robertson’s men started their tour with twin objectives. The first, at the behest of the NZRU, was to cash in on the appeal of the All Black brand on a global stage ahead of the 2027 Rugby World Cup.
