As we waited for our cue to take the field on Sunday afternoon, you realised how long it had been since you’d stood in a tunnel with these men. You were nearly getting flutters in the stomach with all the memories it brought pouring back of 1999.

What we achieved as a group 25 years ago I so wanted for the current Cork crew. Every one of us in the tunnel did.
