ON the basis that the two Allianz HL Division 1 semi-finals said rather more about the losers than they did about the winners, perhaps the moment to preview the decider in Thurles is not Saturday morning, nor even Sunday morning, but rather on the morning of Monday fortnight, the day after Clare and Limerick have made the earth tremble in Cusack Park.

Then and only then will everything be clear, preordained, unavoidable, inevitable.
