Almost 160 countries signed a declaration at Cop28 to focus on the impact of food and land-use changes on carbon emissions.
According to the McKinsey global consultancy, one of the challenges at Cop28 in Dubai was to transform food, land use, and water systems in order to achieve net-zero emissions while also restoring nature, improving livelihoods, and boosting climate resilience.
