Ballynatray estate sale to set €35m Munster property price record

Magnificent Ballynatray on the Waterford-Cork border is expected to set a new property sale record of up to €35m  

Ballynatray sits on 850 acres in West Waterford, including three miles of the River Blackwater. The off-market multimillion-euro sale of the Georgian mansion is due to close in February.
