Garden Q&A: Can I get my geraniums to flower again?

We have a number of geraniums, Geranium 'Johnson’s Blues' planted at the front of our house. The last two years they have not flowered. There is plenty of foliage but no flowers. Is there any way to get these to flower again? Or should we dig them up and start again?
