Exam halls may be filling with sighs of relief as fast as they’re emptying out now the last of the summer papers are being handed in. And in recent months it was also a case of working to deadline for the design team behind a vibrant student-centred hub in Cork.

Similar to many of us during our school or university days, when the stretch in the evening only added up to more hours of cramming ahead of D-day, the creatives led by Stephen Jiang spent springtime poring over the details of a project that had to be turned in on schedule.
