There must have been a happy homecoming, and a sense of déjà vu and of déjà views, when the family moved into this deceptively-simple looking, privacy-concealing new home back in the summer of 2021.

Not only was it built through the challenges of two covid lockdowns, between January 2020 and August 2021, but it only came to fruition after a rigorous planning process which saw a contemporary build inserted among the far longer-established traditional builds, preceding it by half a century.
