Auction-goers have an across-the-board selection of interesting lots on offer this week. There is a collectibles sale at Whyte’s in Dublin today, and sales of antique furniture at Hegarty’s in Bandon, and jewellery at James Adam in Dublin on Tuesday.

Variety is the key at the Eclectic Collector sale, live and online at Whyte’s, at 10am today. Among the sporting memorabilia on offer is an 1893 All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Medal won by Cork, plus a Blackrock club medal.
