We all know the craic with the Hygge concept by now, (just make sure you pronounce it “huw-guh” so you sound more Danish than dopey).

To recreate it in your own house, all you need is darkness, some cosy blankets and a light source such as candles, a feature lamp or fairy lights. Hot chocolate, marshmallows, fluffy socks and that’s you sorted. The Marl sofa from DFS would be no harm either. €2,599.
