This week's job around the garden

We have had some late frosts in the last two weeks and care should be taken to protect summer flowering patio plants and emerging seedlings.

Every year around this time we gardeners are itching to start planting out bedding plants and frost-tender perennials.

The winter seemed to go for so long this year it’s understandable that we are literally champing at the bit to get summer going in the garden as soon as possible.
