This week’s jobs around the garden

Sweet pea was another plant that didn’t enjoy this summer, as the cottage garden favourite needs high levels of sunlight to promote flowers and to develop the magical strong scent associated with its blossoms.

Hopefully, next summer will be better and to prepare for that sow some Sweet pea seeds indoors now, and over the next month.

Once they have germinated pot them into small individual pots and keep indoors til planting out next April.
