Mallow to show us how gardens grow
Display gardens by award-winning designers and landscapers, along with rare and unusual plants from specialist nurseries throughout Ireland are what awaits you if you make the trip.
If you are planning a garden from scratch, or you want to add to an existing garden, or you quite simply want to enjoy top class horticulture and maybe be inspired, then make your way to Cork Racecourse this weekend.
Keep an eye out for the demonstrations as listed below: nSaturday, 2pm to 2.45pm:Margaret Mulchinock will create a number of floral exhibits;
* Saturday, 3pm to 3.45pm: Charlie Wilkins will speak on: ‘Garden plants of distinction’;
* Saturday, 4pm to 4.45pm: Peter Dowdall speaks on: ‘Plants for the modern garden’;
* Sunday, 2pm to 2.45pm:Peter Dowdall will again speak about ‘Plants for the modern garden’;
* Sunday, 3pm to 3.45pm:Charlie Wilkins will speak on: ‘Garden plants of distinction’;
* Sunday, 4pm to 4.45pm:International floral artist Mary C O’Keeffe will create a number of floral exhibits.
