As the abundant growth of summer fades, autumn harvests ring plentiful, stores gradually fill and naturally this leads to empty garden beds.

Resist the temptation to abandon those hard worked beds whose glory has fled and whose nutrients have been depleted. Instead take the correct procedures in putting your beloved beds to bed.
