A major residential scheme comprising 300 homes in what developers are calling a new "15-minute neighbourhood" in Ballincollig has been formally lodged with Cork City Council. 

MOS Homes Limited have submitted plans to demolish agricultural buildings at a more than 13-hectare site at Carriganarra and Carrigrohane in Ballincollig to make way for the construction of 128 houses and 172 apartment/duplex units.
