Planning lodged for 108 new homes in Douglas

Developer Cairn Homes is seeking permission for a Large Scale Residential Development on Carrs Hill/Carrigaline Road in Douglas 

Located on Carrs Hill/Carrigaline Road in Douglas, the development will replace 40 residential units consisting of 20 two-bed duplexes and 20 3-bed duplexes, which have been permitted under An Bord Pleanála. Picture; Eddie O'Hare

Property Developer Cairn Homes has sought permission from Cork City Council for a Large Scale Residential Development in Douglas.

The proposed development includes the construction of 108 residential units comprising eight one-bed apartments and 100 two-bed apartments.
