€4.05m Airport Road commercial development sites set for take-off

The site has permission for a hotel but could be developed for other uses with interest also coming from healthcare operators and car dealership operators

Two high-profile commercial development sites on Cork city’s Airport Rd with planning consent for a hotel and a neighbourhood centre have come to market with a combined guide price of €4.05m.

Both properties are being sold by a consortium led by developer Denis McBarron who is progressing the residential element of a wider mixed-use scheme approved by planners in 2023.
