Buyers in search of a high end trade up home in Waterford city will find it hard to find fault with No 39 The Estuary, Kings Channel.

The Property Price Register shows no sales in the Estuary since No 22 sold for €510,00 in 2018 although two properties sold last year in the nearby King’s Court estate, No 34 for €540,000 and No 15 for €545,000.
The Register also shows No 39 The Estuary selling for €430,000 in August 2015.
