Sales of houses across the province continued to grow in 2018, especially in urban areas, writes Tommy Barker.

Munster sales rise but drop in Clare and Kerry

Analysis of Munster’s house sales over the full year of 2018 shows evidence of increasing moves towards urbanisation, as well as a continuing pick up both in the number of property transactions, and in property values.

That’s according to the managing director of MyHome.ie, Angela Keegan, after the property website conducted an analysis of transactions based on the national Property Price Register (PPR).
