When you have access to glorious views across one of Ireland’s prettiest harbours, it would be wasteful not to make the most of them.

No 6 Rathbeg, a similar home on a slightly smaller site, has recently gone sale agreed for close to its €825k guide price and Mr Finn says bids for No 3 are also approaching the mark.

A window stretching from the half landing to the roof of the first floor maximises natural light through the centre of the home.

Two bedrooms upstairs come with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, while the main bathroom is tiled floor-to-ceiling with a free-standing electric shower and Jacuzzi bath.
