JCD’s proposal for Cork city’s Penrose Quay

Plans by John Cleary Developments (JCD) for a new, €125 million quayside office scheme on an assembled 1.8 acre site on Cork city’s Penrose Quay, close to the railway station, may bring the company’s tally of offices developed in Cork to well over one million square feet, in just over a decade of activity.
