Newly up for sale this month with a €1.25 million price tag is the Rendezvous Bar, on the Model Farm Road close to the back entrance to the CUH/MUH medical campus, as well as being within walking distance of the CIT and UCC college campuses, all in a well-populated and affluent western suburb.
