A recent renovation has done wonders for the interior of this Beara property — and a recent sprinkling of frost and snow on the Caha Mountains has done wonders for its views.

The 1950s-built cottage at Derrylough, in Tuosist, is surrounded by the type of scenery that people are willing to travel to find. Its owners are a UK/Hong Kong couple who, like many who settle in this part of South Kerry, probably came in search of views.
