Selling agents Timothy Sullivan & Associates will no doubt be hoping to do for No 49 Marian Park in Blackrock what they did for the house next door — sell it quickly, and for above its guide price.

No 50, a mid-terrace, two-bed property which had just been given a high-spec renovation, went ‘sale agreed’ in November for €265,000 shortly after going on the market for €249,500. Prior to its renovation, the Price Property Register shows it selling for €161,000 in October 2016.
