Manor Village centre will serve rapidly-evolving Cork suburb

Developers Ruden Homes have planning for a multi-million euro complex, to include medical centre, pharmacy, convenience store and 6,000 sq ft creche at Manor Village, on the hills outside Wilton and Togher, close to Cork Airport and the south city ring road.

Ruden alone has delivered about 750 new homes at this setting in developments such as Manor Farm and Coolkelure, since the mid 2000s at Lehenaghbeg and Lehenaghmore, with the latest phases now visible from the Kinsale Road/Airport Hill. It was one of the few Munster residential site where activity continued through the recession, and developer John Deane says there is two to three years left to finish the entire site.
