Since they purchased their brand-new three-bed mid terrace house 16 years ago, the owners of 11 Circle Grange Manor in Ovens have made quite a few changes.

“They built on an extra room at the back, opened up the space to make it open-plan, and added a double-sided glass fronted stove. It now has 1,175 sq ft of space and has been very tastefully decorated,” says auctioneer Brendan Bowe quoting a guide of €240,000.
