This is a bungalow close to West Cork’s Goleen village, overlooking Roaringwater Bay, Long Island, and more distant views out to Cape Clear.

The older-era, split-level home might be dated decoratively, and need some upgrades plus probably a new kitchen and bathroom modernising, but its bones are good, as is the internal layout, its aspect is bang on, and its 0.6 of an acre of grounds is just over a mile from Goleen, and six miles from Barley Cove beach.
