A recent price reduction, down from €1.3 million to €990,000, will bring an office/production investment at Limerick’s National Technological Park to the attention of investors, and end-users.

At the reduced asking price, it equates to €73 per square foot to buy, well under replacement cost, or alternatively it can be rented on a long lease at €130,000 pa, or c €10 psf.
