Zoned land has planning for 85 homes

A house stand price equating to just over €8,000 per home is attached to the proposed sale 9.4 acres of zoned development land at Annabella, Mallow, in Cork.

The land, listed with Finín O’Driscoll of Knight Frank Dublin, jointly with Liam Mullins, Mallow, has full planning recently granted for 85 houses, and offers over €700,000 are sought.

Located at the back of Annabella Park on Kennel Hill, it is situated c 1.5kms west of designated ‘hub town’ Mallow’s town centre and is easily reached from the N20 and Mallow rail station on the Cork-Dublin line, with links to Kerry and Limerick also.

Just last month, An Bord Pleanála approved permission for eight three-bed semi-detacheds, seven three-bed detacheds, four three-bed terraced homes, 64 four-bed semi-detached homes, and two four-bed detached builds.

Agent Finín O’Driscoll says: “We’d envisage strong demand emerging for this ready-to-go site, given its attractive lot size and the fact that it is situated in an established residential location.”
