THE merits of this detached property, at Butlerstown, include modern, spacious, and carefully planned living space, as well as proximity to Waterford city.

In building their 2,700 sq ft home, seven years ago, the owners diligently designed their main living area: they created a huge, open-plan, split-level kitchen-dining living space with a high ceiling, but used low walls to separate it into three rooms.

“It’s just five kilometres, or a five-minute drive, from Waterford city and is two kilometers from the outer ring road,” she says, adding that it’s also close to Butlerstown primary school.
