Pitch for Turners Cross Tavern at Allsops auction

CORK’S suburban bar the Turners Cross Tavern is among 26 lots to go under an on-line auction hammer at months end.

Guided at €350,000-€400,000, it’s one of the smallest of the several dozen commercial and investment lots expected to gross over €18m by Allsops.

The traditional suburban bar, closed for a number of years and near the FAI’s Cork City pitch, as well as Musgrave Park, extends to over 6,000 sq ft and was extensively refurbished over a decade ago.
