Hi-tech office spaces available in Shannon Free Zone digital hub

Just launched to-let in the market is Universal House, in the heart of the Shannon Free Zone (SFZ) in Co Clare. This is part of a wider €21 million project aimed at making the Shannon Free Zone one of the biggest digital hubs in Ireland.

Shannon Commercial Properties has completed a major refurbishment of the property which has just been released on the letting market with joint agents GVA Donal O Buachalla. The quoted rent for the building is €14 per sq ft.
