Headway, the Acquired Brain Injury charity, has purchased the former AIB Bank branch at 9/11 William Street in Limerick, which AIB shut in 2013.

The branch was one of a number closed in cost-cutting measures implemented by AIB in the wake of the financial crisis.

Headway is based predominantly in Dublin and the south of the country. It operates from nine locations across Dublin (4), Cork (2), Mallow, Limerick and Carlow.
