THIS renovated property at 30 Dominic Street near the city centre has, as might be expected, attracted viewings from first time buyers and investors, but also more unexpectedly, from a retired US rock singer.

Auctioneer Joe Gavin of James G Coughlan says the three- bed property is getting interest because of its city centre location, its nice renovation job as well as its affordable guide price of €169,000.
