Allsops and DNG go online to auction

Over one dozen lots are expected in Wednesday next’s DNG Munster auction of mainly residential investments, in Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Waterford, along with a number of holiday home investments, some guided from just €10,000 in East Cork.

And, the following week, May 25, Allsops will hold their largest-ever Irish online auction, with 85 lots spanning residential and commercial, with about 20 commercial properties to go under the ‘virtual hammer.’

Several of the properties in the May 18 DNG Cork-based auction (streaming live online) have current incomes, such as holiday homes in Shanagarry guiding at €67,000 and earning €6,000 pa in rent, while several Redbarn apartments have AMV’s from just €10,000.
