An extended and modernised Ballycotton property is attracting a raft of buyers looking for an idyllic seaside home, says Trish Dromey.

AS a seaside cottage, No 1 Cow Lane in Ballycotton is as pretty as you could wish for and quite a bit larger than you might expect.

Located within a few minutes walk from a stony beach where locals swim and also from restaurants and pubs in the village, it’s an old fisherman’s cottage which has been extended and modernised.
